Lanier Flight Express (Gainesville, GA) has added its first Citation Jet 2+ to its Part 135-certified fleet exclusively composed of Citation-series aircraft, ch-aviation research shows.
N525HD (msn 525A-0301) is a 19-year-old jet previously operated privately in the United States. Before joining Lanier Flight Express' charter fleet, it was primarily active between Springfield, MO and Alton, flying between these airports for the last time on December 10, 2024. It later performed a test flight around Alton on December 27 before flying to Gainesville, GA - one of Lanier Flight Express' bases alongside Atlanta Dekalb-Peachtree - on February 1, 2025.
The Citation Jet 2+ joins three other Citation-series aircraft in Lanier Flight Express' Part 135 fleet, including a Citation Jet, a Citation Jet 3, and a Citation XLS. CEO Grayson Verhoven told ch-aviation that the company is currently searching for a second Citation XLS, which it aims to add in 2025.
Lanier Flight Express is the private jet charter division of Lanier Flight Center, which also runs a flight school, an aircraft maintenance company, and a helicopter flight school, tour, and maintenance firm named Blue Ridge Helicopters.
