Fair Wind Air Charter (FWD, Stuart Witham) has phased out the sole Citation Sovereign in its Part 135-certified fleet. It had operated the aircraft since early 2022, ch-aviation research reveals.

N63JK (msn 680-0290) is a 13.2-year-old aircraft, configured for up to nine passengers, and previously based at Miami Opa-Locka. It was last active on February 18 on a roundtrip between Orlando International and Greenville/Spartanburg Donaldson. On February 26, its United States registration was cancelled, and the aircraft was reregistered in Australia as VH-YUL two days later.

Now serving as a corporate jet for Yulgilbar, a cattle breeding company, the aircraft flew to Australia between February 28 and March 4, travelling from Orlando International to Melbourne Essendon, with stops at Oakland International, Honolulu, and Gold Coast Coolangatta. It joins another Citation-family aircraft in the company's corporate fleet, a 24-year-old Citation Encore, VH-YUI (msn 560-0553).

Fair Wind Air Charter previously operated a Citation Sovereign+ between 2021 and 2022. With the retirement of this Citation Sovereign, the company's Part 135 fleet now includes two Citation-series aircraft, a Citation Jet 3 and a Citation Ultra, alongside a Challenger 300, two Challenger 350s, a Challenger 605, a Challenger 650, two Global 5000s, a Global 6500, which was recently added, and a GIV. Fair Wind Air Charter also recently phased out its last Learjet 60XR.
