Aeromeditsina has acquired its first HS-125-700B to launch medevac operations in Russia as the country's first business aviation operator specialised exclusively in such services. The start-up secured its certificate #AON-08-25-159 on March 10, 2025.

RA-02808 (msn 257184), a 42-year-old aircraft, was last active on February 4, 2025, flying under the 'WLL' code of its previous operator, Weltall-Avia (WLL, Omsk), from Moscow Vnukovo to Sochi and return. It has been parked at the Moscow airport since then and has yet to begin operations for Aeromeditsina. The operator said that the aircraft could seat up to five passengers and carry up to two medical units.

The start-up was incorporated in April 2024 by Artem Nikolaevich Mordvinkin (who holds a 75% share) and Alexander Alexandrovich Belyakov (25%). The latter is also chief executive.

Aeromeditsina secured a RUB100 million ruble (USD1.2 million) loan from Sberbank to launch its operation, supported by a RUB49.5 million (USD585,000) guarantee provided by the state-owned SME Corporation.

Weltall-Avia continues to operate one more HS-125-700B, as well as one BAe-125-800B, one CRJ200LR, one HS-125-700A, three Hawker 800XPi, and one Hawker 850XP, the ch-aviation fleets module shows.
