MHS Aviation (Germany) (M2, Munich) has transferred its last Dassault Aviation aircraft to the Austrian air operator's certificate (AOC) of partner operator Elangeni, ch-aviation research shows.

The 13-year-old Falcon 2000LX, D-BAHB (msn 230), last operated under MHS Aviation's 'MHV' code on February 11, 2025, flying between Teterboro and London Biggin Hill. Four days later, it was first active under Elangeni's 'ELG' code with a flight to Munich. Configured for up to eight passengers, it joined MHS Aviation's operations in 2017.

This is the last of two Dassault jets transferred between MHS Aviation's and Elangeni's AOCs, following Falcon 2000(LX) OE-HMR (msn 152), which was inducted into MHS Aviation's fleet at the same time as D-BAHB and moved to Elangeni's operations in November 2024. Recently, MHS Aviation added its first Falcon 900EX, which was placed directly on Elangeni's certificate.

Following this transfer, MHS Aviation's AOC includes two Challenger 604s, two Do328-100s (with three additional units and a Do328-300 currently stored), and a Praetor 600. Meanwhile, Elangeni's AOC now comprises the Dassault aircraft, two Citation Jet 2+, and a Phenom 300. While Elangeni specialises in aircraft management, MHS Aviation also provides charter services, with both companies sharing their fleets.
