GMR Aviation (Bengaluru International) has launched Embraer Executive Jets operations with the addition of a San Marino-registered Legacy 600, ch-aviation research shows.
T7-RDS (msn 14501089), a 15.9-year-old aircraft configured for up to 13 passengers, was previously registered as D-AEOT and operated by VistaJet (Germany), which continues to operate two additional units of the type, as well as sixteen Legacy 650s.
Retired in November 2024, the Legacy was last active under the previous operator's 'VJH' code on January 14, 2025, flying between Istanbul Atatürk and London Stansted, where it remained parked until March 2. On that day, the jet returned to Istanbul Atatürk already as T7-RDS, before proceeding to Hyderabad International on March 16, followed by Delhi International on March 17.
This Legacy 600 is the first aircraft registered in San Marino operated by GMR Aviation. The company's non-scheduled operator permit (NSOP) includes a 15.4-year-old nine-seat Falcon 2000LX and an eight-seat Bell 412EP helicopter.
GMR Aviation is a private jet charter subsidiary of GMR Group, a New Delhi-based infrastructure developer.
