NetJets Aviation (EJA, Columbus John Glenn, OH) has opened its new private terminal at Vail/Eagle, an airport serving the upmarket mountain resort of Vail, CO, president Patrick Gallagher said.

"Proud to continue investing in locations where our owners travel the most and expand our real estate network," Gallagher said.

NetJets is heavily investing in expanding its private terminal network. It has exclusive-use facilities at, for example, Bozeman, Scottsdale, and West Palm Beach International, and recently broke ground at Las Vegas Harry Reid. Its FBO at Teterboro is undergoing extensive modifications to become an exclusive-use facility.

The ch-aviation fleets module shows that there are 30 business jets based out of Vail/Eagle airport, including four operated by NetJets Aviation: two Citation Latitudes, one Citation XLS, and one Phenom 300E. The operator's total fleet in the US comprises 662 jet aircraft, excluding aircraft placed on the certificate of subsidiary Executive Jet Management, which focuses on managed fleet. The group has two certificates in Europe: NetJets (United Kingdom) and NetJets Transportes Aéreos.
