Fly Solutions secured its Maltese Air Operator's Certificate (AOC), #MT-86, on February 28, 2025, and launched operations with two PC-12NGX aircraft based out of Rotterdam.
9H-TIW (msn 2431) was delivered to Malta International directly from the manufacturer's facility at Buochs on February 20 and was later repositioned to the Dutch airport on March 8. 9H-WIT (msn 1906) was already based at Rotterdam.
"The plan is the further develop our management services focusing on Pilatus products. Besides our owned aircraft, we intend to grow our fleet significantly with additional Pilatus aircraft," chief executive and accountable manager Tim de Meijer told ch-aviation.
Fly Solutions said that its Dutch parent company, FlyDedicated B.V., will support the commercial side of its operations. The Dutch firm does not have its own AOC.
Fly Solutions is wholly owned by Fly Dedicated Holding Limited, a Maltese company, which is owned by FlyDedicated B.V.
