Best Jets International (DOW, St. Paul Holman Downtown) has resumed charter operations with Citation-series aircraft following the addition of a first Citation Sovereign. The company had retired the only Citation jet it operated, a Citation Excel, in late 2024.
N6464 (msn 680-0158) is a 17.6-year-old aircraft configured for up to eight passengers. It was first active under Best Jets International's 'DOW' code on March 7, 2025, flying between St. Paul Holman Downtown, where it is based, and Minneapolis Flying Cloud.
Originally delivered to a United States operator, the jet was exported to Canada in 2008 before being reimported in 2021, where it has been privately operated until now.
Best Jets International's Part 135 fleet now includes the newly added Citation Sovereign, two Challenger 300s, a Falcon 900, a Falcon 900DX, a Falcon 2000, a GV, a G550, and two E170s.
