Kyrgyzstan has added a first executive jet to the government fleet, a G450, ch-aviation research reveals.
The 12.9-year-old aircraft, T7-ELIF (msn 4287), was first active on March 12, 2025, flying between Hong Kong International and Ankara Esenboga. Ten days later, it flew to Istanbul Atatürk, where it was seen in a livery featuring Kyrgyzstan's flag and "Kyrgyz Republic" titles before departing to Bishkek. The operator of the aircraft's recent flights is Mangrove Jet Solutions, though ch-aviation was unable to verify the company's identity or location. It is unclear whether the aircraft will continue to be operated by the same firm in the future.
This G450, then B-8278, was the last unit of the type operated by Deer Jet Shanghai, which continues to operate additional Gulfstream Aerospace aircraft of other types. Sister company Deer Jet Beijing continues to operate five G450s. Both entities are subsidiaries of Hainan Airlines.
Kyrgyzstan's state fleet is now comprised of the newly added G450 and a 22.5-year-old A320-200, which was acquired by the president's office in 2024 and is operated by Air KG, a company owned by the Office of the President. Air KG also operates one King Air B360.
