Solutions Air Charter (BLU, Indianapolis Regional) has retired the sole Citation III in its Part 135-certified fleet, ch-aviation research shows.
The 40.8-year-old aircraft, N953JF (msn 650-0043), is configured for up to nine passengers and was previously based at Indianapolis Regional. While no longer listed under the company's Part 135 fleet, it resumed operations earlier this year following a long period of inactivity between June 2024 and February 2025. It had been part of Solutions Air Charter's fleet since 2019.
Solutions Air Charter's Part 135 certificate continues to comprise only Citation aircraft, including two Citation Bravos, three Citation Excels (one parked since December 2024), a Citation XLS, and a Citation X.
The company also provides aircraft management services alongside its charter operations.
