Jetica (JTC, Moscow Vnukovo) has launched Global 5000 operations following the import of an aircraft of the type in December 2024, ch-aviation research reveals.
The 18.8-year-old Bombardier Business Aircraft, RA-67700 (msn 9212), was first active on December 7, 2024, flying between Ankara Esenboga and Malé, before continuing to Moscow Vnukovo the following day. The ultra-long-range jet remained parked until April 5, 2025, when it conducted a test flight. It has been active within Russia since then.
Originally delivered to the United States, it was exported to Canada in 2017 and reimported in 2019. Registered as N436AB, the aircraft departed Houston Hobby on September 5, 2024, routing via Bangor International to Istanbul Atatürk. It was subsequently deregistered and marked as exported to Türkiye.
On November 8, 2024, it resumed operations under the Sammarinese registration T7-ANM with a test flight around Istanbul Atatürk and Burgas, before flying to Ankara Esenboga later that day. At the time, the aircraft was operated by AME Charters DOO, a Serbia-based company.
AME Charters was incorporated in May 2024 and is wholly owned by Serbian national Petar Delić. The firm is listed as a passenger air transport company, although it does not hold an air operator’s certificate (AOC) or operating licence (OL) in Serbia. AME Charters's director is Turan Temirov, a Kyrgyz citizen.
Jetica's fleet has grown over the past 12 months with seven additions, including four Global-series aircraft. As previously reported by ch-aviation, the company inducted a Global Express and a Global Express XRS in September and October 2024, respectively. ch-aviation research also confirms that Global Express XRS RA-73584 (msn 9193), which began operations in January 2025, is also operated by Jetica. All three jets were registered in San Marino and previously operated by two Türkiye-based companies linked to Turkish national Tarkan Ser.
Jetica's current fleet also comprises two Challenger 850s, a Global 5500, a Legacy 650, a Hawker 750, which has been recently reimported, and a Hawker 800XP. All aircraft, except the Global 5000, Global 5500, and Hawker 750, are listed under the company’s AOC.
