Hunnu Air (MR, Ulaanbaatar) has taken delivery of its first E195-E2, EI-HUN (msn 19020171), 24 hours after the Civil Aviation Authority of Mongolia issued the aircraft a type certificate and in line with the previously disclosed timeline. The aircraft was ferried from Embraer facility at São José dos Campos U.E. Stumpf International to Ulaanbaatar via Recife, Gran Canaria, Tekirdag, and Almaty International and arrived in Mongolia on April 19. The E2s, acquired via Azorra, will allow Hunnu Air to expand services to Japan, China, Viet Nam, India, and South Korea and introduce scheduled flights to Tashkent International.
