Trans North Aviation (Eagle River) has added the first two jets to its Part 135-certified fleet, a Learjet 35A and a Citation Jet, ch-aviation research shows.
The 44.8-year-old Learjet 35A, N89TB (msn 35A-272), has completed four flights in 2024 and five in 2025. Most recently, it was active on April 15, operating a short hop between Dayton James M. Cox and Springfield, OH.
Simultaneously, the company added Citation Jet N1327J (msn 525-0009). At 32 years old, it was previously privately operated in the United States and based at Dayton James M. Cox.
The two jets join a Piper (twin turboprop) Cheyenne II XL and a newly inducted Cirrus Aircraft SR-22 on Trans North Aviation's Part 135 certificate. According to official company channels, the Learjet 35A and the Piper Cheyenne II XL are configured for air medical services. It is currently unknown whether the Citation Jet will serve the same purpose or be deployed for charter.
