Phantom Air (RDY, Pompano Beach) is in the process of replacing the sole G450 it operates with a G650ER on the company's Part 135 certificate, its president, Tony Sparks, revealed to ch-aviation.

The G450, N882DL (msn 4278), is a 13-year-old aircraft configured for up to 14 passengers. It was removed from the company’s Part 135 fleet in March 2025, having completed four flights this year. The last flight under the company's 'RDY' code took place on March 6 between Lakeland, where it was based, and Appleton Outgamie County Regional.

Sparks confirmed that G650ER N556CH (msn 6361) will replace the G450 on Phantom Air's Part 135 certificate. The 5.6-year-old ultra-long-range jet, configured for up to 18 passengers, was previously operated by Phantom Air but had not been available for charter until now.

Phantom Air provides private jet charters, aircraft management, and acquisitions and sales. It is part of the Phantom Services group, which also operates in the energy, maritime, and security sectors.
