Laurel Highlands Jet Center (Latrobe) has retired the last executive jet from its Part 135-certified fleet, a Citation Jet 3, ch-aviation research reveals.
The 17.1-year-old aircraft, N651TW (msn 525B-0217), is configured for up to seven passengers and was based at Latrobe, where it last operated on April 1, flying to Savannah International. It had completed four flights until then in 2025.
The phase out of this Citation Jet 3, which was part of Laurel Highlands Jet Center's fleet since 2017, follows the recent retirement of the company's sole Citation XLS. Laurel Highlands Jet Center's Part 135 certificate now includes a single turboprop, an Epic Aircraft E1000 added in November 2024. Although also based at Latrobe, the aircraft has not operated from the Pennsylvanian airport since January 2025.
