Etihad Airways (EY, Abu Dhabi International) has now officially announced that it will acquire 70% of Air Berlin (1991) (Berlin Tegel)'s topbonus frequent flier plan providing its German partner 184.4 million EUR of fresh capital as a result of the transaction.
