BB Airways (BBW, Kathmandu) plans to "significantly expand" its international network following a restructuring exercise. Despite only launching in September 2012, the Nepali carrier shut up shop in February following the return of a wet-leased B757-200, which it now plans to replace with two dry-leased Airbus A320-200s, due shortly. Should operations eventually resume, BB Airways intends to focus on the migrant-worker market, with possible destinations including India, Saudi-Arabia, Malaysia and the Gulf states, all of whom are home to large Nepali expatriate communities.
