Silver Airways (3M, Fort Lauderdale International) has announced that effective June 3, its flights throughout Florida will no longer operate under the "United Express" banner but will switch to United Airlines (UA, Chicago O'Hare) codeshare flights. However, United Express flights from Cleveland Hopkins and Washington Dulles will continue. This follows the implementation of Silver Airways' own passenger services system after having previously relied on sales and distribution services provided by Island Air (Hawaii) (Honolulu) and United. Silver's operations in Atlanta Hartsfield Jackson and Montana are also expected to be moved from Island Air flight to Silver flight numbers.
