Georgian International Airlines (Batumi) is now planning to add two B737-400s to its fleet of one ex-Denim Air ACMI (Amsterdam Schiphol) Fokker 100 (c/n 11322) ahead of a planned August launch. Operations were originally planned to commence in July but have since been delayed. The Georgian carrier says it has a contract with Dutch ACMI firm, Mass Jet Lease BV, and plans to operate three Fokker 100s, c/ns 11322, 11320 and 11505, initially. Negotiations are ongoing for a fourth aircraft to be available at the end of August.
