Antrak Air (Accra) and Starbow Airlines (Accra) appear to have had at least one of their collective demands met after the Ghanaian Deputy Minister of Transport, Joyce Bawah Mogtari, reportedly confirmed to local media that it would not licence any new domestic operators. Both Antrak and Starbow had threatened to withdraw from the country's market citing excessive competition, poor infrastructure, and exorbitant costs.
