Bhutan Airlines (B3, Paro) will launch operations shortly with an A320-200, LY-SPB (c/n 2987), on wet-lease from Lithuanian ACMI specialists, Small Planet Airlines (Vilnius). The aircraft was ferried from Vilnius to Paro via Shymkent and Bangkok Suvarnabhumi on 1 October. Bhutan Airlines is due to launch a daily service from Paro via Kolkata to Bangkok Suvarnabhumi from October 10.
