Berry Aviation (BYA, San Marcos) has added three DHC-6 Twin Otters and one E120 to its fleet to expand its cargo airlift and short takeoff and landing (STOL) operations in North America and Africa. Of the new machines arriving, two of the Twin Otters are headed to Africa to provide aerial delivery, casualty evacuation and cargo airlift missions for the Department of Defense (DOD) throughout the Trans-Sahara region, while the third will be used for training exercises. The EMB-120 will be used to expand BAI's on-demand cargo (ODC) service. The Texan carrier currently also operates two Dash 8-200s, three Do328-100s and one E120.
