Wizz Air (W6, Budapest) will establish Craiova, Romania as its nineteenth base in July 2014. Using an A320-200 based out of the southern-Romanian metropolis, Wizz plans to open new routes to Barcelona El Prat, Bologna, Rome Ciampino and Dortmund. Additionally, it will be boosting its existing London Luton and Milan Bergamo services from twice to four times weekly and from twice to three times weekly respectively. The Hungarian LCC's other Romanian bases include Bucharest Henri Coanda, Cluj-Napoca, Timisoara and Tirgu Mures.
