Yunnan Ying'An Airlines (Guiyang) has filed an application with the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) for permission to expand its coverage to include unlimited cargo and passenger flights both within Yunnan province and externally to neighbouring areas.
The carrier operates a single MA-60, B-3421 (cn 610).
WCARN says the CAAC Transportation Department is now soliciting public comments on the application until April 1, 2014.
