SkyWest Airlines (OO, St. George Municipal) has deployed its first E175 into service to Boston, Chicago O'Hare, and Washington National on behalf of United Airlines (UA, Chicago O'Hare). Operating under the United Express banner, the jets will be deployed on the following Skywest-operated routes out of Chicago: Minneapolis St. Paul International (June 5); Atlanta Hartsfield Jackson (June 15); and New York La Guardia (June 23). On the following Skywest routes out of San Francisco: St. Louis Lambert International (September 20); Austin-Bergstrom International (October 26); Dallas/Fort Worth (October 26); and Minneapolis/St Paul (October 26). On the following Mesa-operated flights out of Houston Intercontinental: Atlanta Hartsfield Jackson (June 15) and New Orleans International (June 15).
United expects to introduce seventy of the Embraer (EMB, São José dos Campos U.E. Stumpf International) aircraft into the United Express fleet by the end of 2015 of which 40 are destined for SkyWest and the remaining 30 for Mesa.
