Budget Airlines (Moscow Sheremetyevo) is set to be renamed as Pobeda (DP, Moscow Sheremetyevo), or Victory, ahead of its November 17 debut. The LCC's initial network will include flights to Ufa, Perm Bolshoye Savino, Samara Kurumoch, Ekaterinburg , Tyumen Roschino, Surgut, Belgorod, Kazan International, and Volgograd.
As a result of upgrade works at Moscow Sheremetyevo, Russia's TASS newswire reports the LCC will instead be using Moscow Vnukovo as its primary hub.
As the successor to the short-lived Dobrolet (Moscow Sheremetyevo), Budget Airlines (Бюджетный перевозчик or 'Byudzetniy Perevozchik') is in the process of being certified by Russia's Federal Air Transport Agency (Rosaviatsia). At present, the carrier's fleet consists of four B737-800s, two of which were originally with Dobrolet prior to its shut down in August.
