Pobeda (DP, Moscow Sheremetyevo) has secured its Air Operator's Certificate (AOC) and Air Services Licence (ASL) from Russia's Federal Air Transport Agency (Rosaviatsia) ahead of a planned December 1 launch.
Using a fleet of four B737-800s, the budget carrier will fly daily from its Moscow Vnukovo hub to Ufa, Perm Bolshoye Savino, Samara Kurumoch, Ekaterinburg, Tyumen Roschino, Surgut, Belgorod, Kazan International, and Volgograd.
Pobeda ("Victory") is the successor to Dobrolet (Moscow Sheremetyevo), Aeroflot's original budget carrier that was grounded by US and European sanctions after it commenced flights to Simferopol in Russian-annexed Crimea in August.
