ADA AeroDesierto Airlines (Calama) is looking to add a pair of Dash 8-400s to its fleet Aerotransport has reported. The turboprops will join a pair of B737-200Advs - formerly with PAL Airlines (Santiago de Chile) and SKY Airline (Chile) (H2, Santiago de Chile) - ahead of its launch of flights between Santiago de Chile, La Serena and Calama later this year.
Though it plans to focus on the charter market initially, AeroDesierto is also looking to venture into the scheduled services sector once operations have stabilized.
