Air Greenland (GL, Nuuk) has will add two more Dash 8-200s to replace its outgoing fleet of Dash 7s. OY-GRO and OY-GRP are to be delivered in March and October of this year respectively.

Canada's Trans Capital Air (Toronto Billy Bishop City Centre) has moved to acquire the trio of Dash 7s - OY-CBU (cn 20), OY-GRE (cn 106), and OY-GRF (cn 113) - which Air Greenland put up for sale late last year. One of the props, OY-GRF, has already been ferried to North America with the other two scheduled to go in April and in October.

The carrier already operates six Dash 8-200s on flights throughout Greenland.

Air Greenland has meanwhile decided not to resume its seasonal summer only route linking Nuuk with Iqaluit, the only scheduled link between Greenland and Canada, according to a report by check-in.dk.
