European Coastal Airlines (Split) is looking to expand its operations this summer with the establishment of a base in Novalja, a town on the island of Pag, just off Croatia’s central coast. Flights will include Zagreb Franjo Tuđman, Zadar, Split, Rijeka and Ancona in Italy reports EX-YU Aviation News.
Operational since September of last year, ECA operates a Grumman Goose and two DHC-6-300 Seaplanes on flights connecting Hvar, Jelsa, Rab, Split, and Zagreb. The carrier is backed by Agathis 5 Ltd, an investment vehicle representing a group of private Malaysian and German investors.
