Ajet (Cyprus) (Larnaca) has been forced to suspend operations last week due to financial difficulties. It had operated two B737-800s on scheduled and charter flights out of Larnaca and Paphos. Ajet had already announced plans earlier to cease operations within a couple of months after it had never fully recovered from the negative image caused by a crash of its predecessor Helios Airways.
