Tigerair Philippines (Angeles City Clark International) has been rebranded Cebgo (DG, Manila Ninoy Aquino International) to better reflect the budget carrier's relationship with its parent company, Cebu Pacific Air (5J, Manila Ninoy Aquino International). Cebu successfully bought out former partner Singapore's Tigerair's stake in the carrier for USD15 million in February 2014.
“The new Cebgo brand clearly identifies us as part of the CEB group, and streamlines our operations further," Michael Ivan Shau, Cebgo President and CEO, said. "Cebgo will continue to leverage on CEB’s distribution channels and network, and work together to serve more guests.”
With a fleet of four A320-200s, Cebgo serves sixteen destinations including Bacolod, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro Laguindingan, Angeles City Clark International, Cebu, Davao, General Santos International, Iloilo, Kalibo, Legaspi, Manila Ninoy Aquino International, Roxas City, Puerto Princesa, Tacloban, Panglao as well as Hong Kong International.
