RISE (United States of America) (Dallas Love Field) is planning to enter the European market early next year with the launch of multiple-daily, scheduled non-stop flights between London and various European cities including Dublin, Edinburgh, Brussels, and Paris.
“The UK and European market is crying out for better business travel," Aamer A. Sarfraz, Chairman of RISE Europe Ltd, said. "We will be rolling out multiple routes during 2016 and we are going to shake up business travel in the same way that Uber has shaken up taxis and Airbnb has disrupted the hotel market."
The Texan All-You-Can-Fly operator employs a fleet of Beech (twin turboprop) King Air 350s and plans to offer flights between Dallas Love Field, Austin-Bergstrom International, Houston Hobby, and Midland International.
“When we launched Rise in the USA (in) 2015, our goal was to make Rise rapidly scalable, allowing us to take this innovative concept to frequent business travellers around the world,” CEO Nick Kennedy said in a statement. “Our expansion into the UK is simply a realization of that goal.”
Europe's first All-You-Can-Fly operator, Belgium's Take Air (Antwerp), commenced operations in March this year offering multiple daily flights between Antwerp and Zurich using a mixture of King Air 200s and 350s. It plans to also operate between Paris and London later this year.
