Air Marshall Islands (CWM, Majuro) is planning to attempt scheduled international flights in the coming weeks and months following advertisements on its website for service to Tarawa on the neighbouring island state of Kiribati.
No exact date has been disclosed with further updates expected in due course. The route has been touted several times in the past but has yet to launch on a longterm, sustainable basis.
As the archipelago's state-owned national carrier, Air Marshall Islands currently connects Majuro with twenty-seven destinations spread across the Atolls of Bikini, Enewetak, Kwajalein, Rongelap, and Ailinglaplap. It currently operates one Dash 8-100 and two Do228s.
