Air China (CA, Beijing Capital) has taken delivery of its first A320neo in the form of B-8891 (msn 7848). The Pratt & Whitney PW1100G-powered jet recently underwent completion at the Airbus finishing plant in Tianjin.
The aircraft, which features eight business and 150 economy class seats, is one of sixty the carrier and its Shenzhen Airlines (ZH, Shenzhen) unit have on order from the European manufacturer.
Air China is an existing A320 Family operator employing thirty-three A319-100s, forty-five A320ceo, and sixty-one A321-200s.
