Small Planet Airlines Germany (Berlin Schönefeld) has added its first dry-leased A321-200 following the arrival of D-ASPC (msn 823) in Paderborn/Lippstadt last week. Skyliner Aviation reports the twinjet will be joined by a second of the type - msn 808 - shortly. Both aircraft are leased from Apollo Aviation Group.
The German charter specialist has previously occasionally wet-leased A321-200 equipment from sister carrier Small Planet Airlines Polska (Warsaw Chopin) which operates four aircraft of the type. It also operates a quartet of A320-200s of which two are again wet-leased from its Polish sister carrier.
