Air Medical Group Holdings has decided to rebrand its recently acquired subsidiary Air Medical Resource Group under the name of Guardian Flight (Group), the medevac service provider has said in a statement.
"The change to Guardian Flight reflects the new legal structure of all of our entities and eliminates potential confusion between AMRG and AMGH. Importantly, the rebranding of our Guardian Flight umbrella company provides an opportunity to build a reputation for providing the finest possible servant care of the patients we transport," Guardian Flight President Fred Buttrell, who also serves as CEO of AMGH, has said.
Guardian Flight and its subsidiaries operate a total of around 100 fixed- and rotary-wing aircraft deployed on air ambulance mission across the United States. The airline's subsidiaries include Eagle Air Med (Blanding), Hawaii Life Flight (Honolulu), Guardian Flight (Anchorage Ted Stevens), Gallup Med Flight (Gallup), Valley Med Flight (Grand Forks), Alaska Regional LifeFlight (Anchorage Ted Stevens), MountainStar AirCare (Payson Mountain View Hospital), and AeroCare Medical Transport (Chicago Aurora). The group is also a technical partner for India's Aviators Air Rescue (Bengaluru International).
