Hahnair (HR, Düsseldorf) has announced it signed a partnership with Airbus SE (Toulouse Blagnac) wherein it will handle the reservations for the manufacturer's corporate shuttles between various sites in Europe, including distribution in the Amadeus IT Group GDS.
"Hahn Air provides Airbus with a complete distribution and handling package, including displaying the inventory in the GDS, booking and ticketing processes, reporting and passenger handling at all relevant airports," the German company said.
Airbus currently has three corporate shuttles between its European sites, namely:
- between Hamburg Finkenwerder and Toulouse Blagnac, operated by Titan Airways (ZT, London Stansted) with A320 and A321 aircraft;
- between Chester Hawarden and Toulouse via Bristol International, operated by Loganair (LM, Glasgow International) with E145 aircraft;
- between Munich Augsburg and Marseilles, operated by Sun-Air (EZ, Billund) with Do328-300 aircraft.
Tickets for all these flights are only available to Airbus staff.
Hahn Air is a German scheduled and business charter specialist, whose main business is indirect distribution services to other airlines offered since 1999. Hahn Air distributes tickets for more than 350 air, rail, and shuttle partners.
