Air Vallée (Rimini) has yet again reinvented itself and has announced a new base in Parma with new routes from there being introduced in cooperation with the airport: Parma-Bucharest Otopeni: 2x weekly MD-83 service starting on March 25 Parma-Catania: daily MD-83 service starting on January 14 Parma-Paris CDG: weekdaily MD-83 service starting on April 2 Turin-Iasi: 3x weekly Do328JET service starting on March 25 Turin-Pescara: 5x weekly Do328JET service has resumed on November 21 It has given up all of its regional routes in France from Angers to Barcelona and Dole and from Dole to Munich and Nice. It is unclear if it will resume the seasonal summer high season routes from Bologna Marconi, Milan Orio al Serio and Rimini next summer. Its Parma flights are currently operated by a MD-83 wet-leased from Medallion Air (MDP/Bucharest Baneasa). Air Vallée has announced plans to wet-lease ERJ-145s, EMB-170s and EMB-190s from Régional (YS/Nantes) from March to replace the MD-83 on its routes from Parma. Additional routes planned from Parma include Bari, Naples and Palermo. Air Vallée is reportedly also considering setting up a new base at Foggia after Darwin Airline (0D/Lugano) has closed down its base there leaving the airport without scheduled services.
