JCAB Flight Inspection (Tokyo Haneda) has retired its two Saab 2000s and will no longer use the type to conduct flight inspections, ch-aviation research has revealed.

The two aircraft, JA003G (msn 2000-051) and JA004G (msn 2000-054), were de-registered in Japan in early September 2019 and subsequently re-registered in the United States as N201JA and N202JA, respectively.

The flight inspection unit of the Japan Civil Aviation Bureau (JCAB) continues to operate three Cessna 525Cs (CJ4s) and one Dash 8-300.
