Skyway CR (GCS, San José Juan Santamaría) will commence its first scheduled international services to Panama, as it launches 5x weekly flights to Bocas del Toro, as well as Palmar Sur in the southwest of the country, both on December 1.
The regional carrier will utilise its fleet of Let 410s on the 50-minute sector from its main base at San José Juan Santamaría. According to the ch-aviation schedules module, the only other scheduled operator at Bocas del Toro is Air Panama (7P, Panamá City Paitilla), which offers a regular service from Panamá City Paitilla.
Currently, Skyway only provides domestic flights, with services to seven cities across Costa Rica.
