Kingfisher Airlines (Mumbai International) has now also been suspended from the IATA clearing house and billing and settlement plans after missing payments to IATA. The clearing house is used by airlines to bill each other for interline tickets sold involving multiple carriers and by some other service providers that bill airlines through IATA. The billing and settlement plans in each country are used to process travel agency payments. While Kingfisher has announced plans for alternative distribution methods to travel agencies, the suspension has created further financial problems for the already troubled carrier. One of its A330-200s has also been impounded at London Heathrow on March 13. Kingfisher has now announced the termination of all of its remaining international services as of various service end dates between now and April 16 with the exception of a daily Delhi International-Dubai International service it plans to retain. It will terminate all other services to Bangkok Suvarnabhumi, Colombo International, Dhaka, Hong Kong International, Kathmandu, London Heathrow and Singapore Changi.
