Alitalia Express (Rome Fiumicino) has now retired its last E170 and has added A320-200 EI-DSC (c/n 2995) to its air operator certificate instead. It will operate the aircraft on behalf of Alitalia on various routes and Alitalia will continue to offer some services from/to Milan Linate under Alitalia Express' XM code to make use of the slots its regional subsidiary still holds there and cannot legally just transfer to its parent.
