Windrose Airlines (7W, Kyiv Boryspil) is planning to lease two A330-200s during the course of this year as a means of growing its international charter operations, General Director Vladimir Kamenchuk, has confirmed. According to Mr Kamenchuk, using the first A330-200 (c/n 255), planned Winter routes include Bangkok Suvarnabhumi, Colombo International, Goa Dabolim, Santo Domingo Las Américas and Ho Chi Minh City while summer operations will include: Tokyo Narita, Tenerife Sur and possibly Denpasar. He said his airline had offered to cooperate with Ukraine International Airlines (PS, Kyiv Boryspil) but had yet to receive any response. Wind Rose holds rights to numerous other routes throughout the Mediterranean and the Far East though their current operational status is still unconfirmed.
