AirAsia India (Bengaluru International) has taken delivery of its first A320-200 (sl), VT-ATF (msn 6015), following its hand over from Airbus (AIB, Toulouse Blagnac) in Toulouse Blagnac. A second A320, VT-ATB (cn 6034), is expected to join VT-ATF in Chennai shortly.
The AirAsia (AK, Kuala Lumpur International) subsidiary is still awaiting its final clearances before launching operations. A tentative May date has been set though is subject to government approval.
