Air Luxor (Lisbon) and its subsidiaries Air Luxor GB (L8/Bissau) and Air Luxor STP (C2/Sao Tome) have been sold to Longstock Financial Group. The Mirpuri family still owns charter HiFly (Y4/Lisbon) that operates a single A330-300 while the two A320-200s are still with Air Luxor. Both A320-200s have been temporarily grounded earlier this month by the lessors because of unpaid leasing fees. The dispute has been settled in the meantime and Air Luxor is operating again.
