Eurofly (Milan Malpensa) has announced a restructuring plan to cut its losses after Meridiana (Italy) (IG/Olbia) has taken a 29.9% stake in the carrier. Meridiana and Eurofly could potentially be merged in 2008. It will return 3 A320-200s and its single A319-100LR to the lessors and offer its fifth A330-200 due for delivery later this spring for sublease.
