PAL Express (2P, Manila Ninoy Aquino International) is looking to replace its existing fleets of Dash 8-300s and Dash 8-400s with newer models of the same type.
Jaime Bautista, the President and Chief Operating Officer of the airline's parent firm, PAL Holdings, Inc., told Reuters in an interview that PAL Express is looking to either lease or acquire nine of the Bombardier Aerospace (BBA, Montréal Trudeau) turboprops.
According to the ch-aviation aircraft database, PAL Express operates four Q300s averaging 9.2 years of age and five Q400s which average 13.7 years of age. It also operates thirteen A320-200s and one A330-300.
