Saudi Aramco Aviation (Dammam) has taken delivery of its maiden B737-800 with N801XA (msn 61781) having been handed over to the Saudi petrochemical giant on April 19. Skyliner Aviation reports the VIP-configured Boeing Business Jet is currently at Houston Intercontinental.
Saudi Aramco Aviation has a total of six B737-800s on order from Boeing which will add to its current fleet of two B737-700s, two B737-700(M)s, one B767-200(ER), and three E170s among various other fixed- and rotary-winged aircraft. The jets are used to ferry personnel to the firm's various petroleum extraction and refining plants across Saudi Arabia.
