Trans American Airlines (Lima International) has begun regular cargo flights to Miami International marking the Peruvian carrier's US freight market debut.
Effective August 16, the Avianca Holdings unit has begun operating A330-200F N334QT (msn 1448) on four weekly charter flights connecting the Floridian metropolis with each of Lima International, Santiago de Chile, Medellín José Maria Córdova, Bogotá, and Buenos Aires Ministro Pistarini.
Aside from these cargo services, Trans American Airlines (also known as TACA Peru) also operates passenger flights connecting its Lima hub with destinations across Peru as well as Paraguay, Colombia, Argentina, Mexico, Cuba, Brazil, El Salvador, the Dominican Republic, and Uruguay under the Avianca brand.
